Duties:

• Provide legal representation in various immigration cases, including asylum, removal defense, and family-based immigration.
• Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications.
• Conduct client consultations to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on court representation.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes.
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients in immigration matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership.
