Currently seeking a Criminal Defense attorney to join our team, location would be at one of our central valley locations.
Richard A. Ciummo & Associates is looking for a full-time attorney to join our fast-paced, high energy, growing firm. Our office has been providing indigent legal defense services since 1988. Our mission is to ensure that our clients receive high quality legal representation and that their constitutional rights are safeguarded throughout their legal proceedings. We currently provide such legal services in five counties in California. As a firm, we provide representation in adult criminal matters (felonies and misdemeanors), and juvenile matters, (both delinquency and dependency).
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Representation of Clients in Criminal Proceedings
• Performing Legal Research and Drafting of Motions and Legal Filings
• Advise clients of the process and their legal rights prior to each hearing

• Punctual, organize and dependable
• Ability to handle high volume of case loads.
