Patent Prosecution Associate - Biotech
The candidate must have some experience, including a law firm, USPTO, or industry experience. Should be registered with the USPTO, or be willing to complete registration within a year. Must have 2+ years of experience preparing/prosecuting patents in biotechnology, preferably in the fields including Agricultural/plant biotechnology; Gene editing technologies; Immunotherapies, and cell therapy. Advanced degree (Ph.D.) desired, but the experience will also be considered. Must be team-oriented, enthusiastic, enjoy patent prosecution, application drafting, and diligence work, or has some experience in one of these areas and is interested in expanding their skills by working with a dynamic team of partners, associates, and agents.
