Corporate Associate

The candidate should preferably have 2-5 years of general corporate experience. Should preferably also have experience with negotiating and managing asset purchase transactions. Experience with real estate matters is desired, including experience with telecommunications, leasing, title and survey, transfer tax, and general real estate matters. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Large law firm experience is an asset. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
