The candidate will attend mediations, trials, and hearings, and other duties as assigned. Perform legal research and writing. Take and defend depositions. Draft pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery, proposed orders, correspondence, memoranda, and opinion letters. Travel on an as needed basis. Write articles and make presentations to clients, trade associations, and ICLE. Participate in marketing initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree with Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required. Should have 2+ years litigation experience, foreclosure experience a plus. Member of the Florida Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education is required.
