A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Civil Litigation practice group in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced litigators, engage in case strategy, and develop client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for those with insurance defense experience. Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina Bar is required.

Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Engage in client interactions and relationship building.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Active member in good standing of the North Carolina Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.

Certifications

• North Carolina Bar License.
