Intellectual Property Legal Administrative Assistant
The candidate will assist and support timekeepers in meeting the needs and demands of their clients in the Intellectual Property practice area. IP Support and docket maintenance for patent and trademark work for two attorneys. This includes the following: Incoming Emails. Outgoing Emails. Incoming Mail from Client and/or USPTO. New Patent Applications. Debit Notes. Processing Invoices. Filing with the USPTO. Outlook Tasks. Docketing. Opinion Letters. Status Reports. Other Miscellaneous Duties. Experience in all phases of the patent process and familiarity in the U.S. Patent Office is preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must have 3-5 years administrative assistant experience Bachelors' Degree a plus.
