Duties

• Assist in real estate transactions for renewable energy projects.
• Review title and survey documents for potential projects.
• Draft and review leases, easements, and purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on real estate matters.
• Lead due diligence reviews and transactional documentation.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate practice at a recognized law firm.
• Interest in serving the clean energy industry.
• Experience in due diligence, title review, and drafting agreements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Admission to and good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the applicant's state of residence.
