Duties

• Prepare for and participate in depositions and mediations.
• Conduct legal research on relevant case issues.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
