Duties

• Manage comprehensive written discovery and prepare responses to complex requests.
• Research, draft, and argue motions in state and federal court.
• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including scheduling and maintaining case files.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions of various witnesses.
• Engage in strategic settlement negotiations and participate in mediations.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar.
• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled in teamwork and communication.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• California Bar membership

Skills

• Experience with state and federal court litigation.
• Familiarity with case management software.
