Duties

• Assist partners in all phases of insurance coverage practice.
• Conduct policy analysis and legal research.
• Draft memorandums and reports.
• Participate in strategy discussions.
• Assist in ADR and trial processes.

Requirements

• Full-time, remote work.
• Bar admission in California, Nevada, Colorado, or Arizona.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant states.
