Duties

• Handle litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agency proceedings.
• Provide day-to-day counseling on compliance and risk management.
• Contribute to client strategy and business development initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in employment law matters, including litigation.
• Experience advising on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
