Duties

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal cases to inform strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Litigate cases in State and Federal courts, presenting arguments and negotiating settlements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal solutions.
• Stay informed on developments in relevant areas of law.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients and claim professionals.
• Manage multiple cases, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience as a Negligence Trial Attorney.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Ability to commute or relocate to New York, NY 10005.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.

Skills

• Extensive trial experience, particularly in personal injury law.
• Strong writing and drafting skills for effective legal documents.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, including Westlaw.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
