The position focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. Location

Duties

• Conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

• Handle court appearances and assist in trial preparation

• Try cases under supervision or independently, depending on experience

• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy

• Negotiate settlements and legal agreements

• Maintain accurate and organized case files and meet all deadlines

Requirements

• 0–3 years of legal experience, ideally in personal injury or litigation

• Admission to the Georgia Bar and in good standing

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail

• Commitment to high-quality client service and legal ethics

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia

Skills

• Legal research and writing proficiency (Westlaw experience preferred)
