Duties

• Advise clients on wealth transfer and charitable planning strategies.
• Prepare estate tax projections and review estate and gift tax returns.
• Collaborate with CPA firms to ensure accurate tax filings and trust accountings.
• Assist in drafting trust agreements and related transfer documents.
• Review existing estate planning documents for tax reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience with tax research in estate, gift, and non-profit areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• CPA or LLM preferred but not required.
