Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in transactional business law.
• Strong foundation in business transactions.
• Ability to work remotely initially, with relocation to Salida, CO.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law.
• Eligible to practice law in Colorado within one year of hiring.
