IT Manager

The Candidate will be responsible for the date-to-day management of the onsite teams and service providers in the offices. Work closely with the outsourced Help Desk and Managed Services to ensure issues are resolved on time and the users’ impact is minimum. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the firm, deliver service level agreements and expected levels of quality and meet information security standards. Develop productive relationships within and outside of IT to assure that everyone in the department is working effectively and efficiently. Responsible to establish standards and processes for providing support for systems and applications. Review and verify new applications for their feasibility to integrate into the current environment. Contribute to the discovery of requirements as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure that the firm applications are effectively secured, risks mitigated, and ensure compliance with the firm policies and standards. Support internal users in the day-to-day usage of the applications. Provide periodic training to internal users on the standards and appropriate use of the applications. Ensure software licensing compliance. Create, implement and maintain the project and system-related documentation. Implement and manage status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.
