Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Two to five years of transactional real estate experience.
• Admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the D.C. bar.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the D.C. bar or eligibility for waiver.
