Duties

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate, and financial transactions.
• Admitted to the MD Bar; D.C. Bar and/or VA Bar is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Superior client-service orientation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Maryland Bar.
