Duties

• Work closely with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
• Lead and manage scopes of work within a team.
• Oversee and mentor junior attorneys.
• Provide legal expertise in wind, solar, and battery storage real estate transactions.
• Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects effectively, ensuring high-quality work.
• Demonstrate exceptional judgment and decision-making skills.
• Maintain a strong commitment to the community and pro bono work.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in renewable energy real estate.
• Active Bar license in Arizona (AZ).
• Excellent academic credentials.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
