The role involves leading case strategy, overseeing legal filings, providing team mentorship, and supporting operations across multiple office locations. Direct the employment-based immigration practice area across Dallas and Houston offices
Supervise and validate the preparation of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including:
H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-1/E-2, F-1, B-1/B-2
PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing
Draft legal briefs, cover letters with legal argumentation, motions, and immigration filings
Provide oversight on responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), audits, motions to reopen, and appeals
Lead client consultations, track conversion metrics, and follow through with detailed documentation
Mentor and review the work of legal assistants and paralegal staff for quality and consistency
Join clients at USCIS interviews when necessary
Collaborate with firm leadership to expand EB operations and optimize legal processes
Stay current with regulatory developments and changes in immigration law
Assist in the development and delivery of internal legal training sessions
Active license to practice law in the U.S. (any state or jurisdiction)
Employment-based immigration experience
Proven ability to manage legal teams and case pipelines
Familiarity with high-volume caseloads under flat-fee billing models
Strong organizational and communication skills, including timely follow-ups
Readiness to occasionally travel between office locations or attend interviews
Motivation to support both strategic growth and client-centered outcomes
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Bar admission in good standing (U.S. jurisdiction – any state acceptable)
Expertise in employment-based immigration processes
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
Excellent legal writing and analytical reasoning
Proficiency in managing fixed-fee legal services
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred; other language fluency is welcome
Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management platforms
Commitment to ethical practices and professional development
