Duties

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
• Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Negotiate channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Manage e-commerce and AI/ML development agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and financial transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Experience with software licensing and cloud services.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor, and digital assets.
• Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
