The candidate should have High School graduates; the ability to work independently and as a team member; be the First Line of Welcome to Callers (ie answer phones). Schedule and Route Clients. Follow up on client leads until they official retain the firm. Tracking and Log matters for our referral services. Scanning, mailing, and calendaring. Marketing and Client Care Duties: Work with the managing attorney and marketing director to design and develop e-blasts with our MailChimp template, as well as a post on social networks for the firm. Put together client gift bags and handle ordering/ shopping for new inventory – Other duties as assigned. Must be highly organized. Must be able to listen to whatever questions they have and make them feel at ease while prioritizing matters.
