Duties

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents needed in pre-litigation.
• Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies.
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case progress.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
• In good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• Five to ten years of experience with personal injury claims, focusing on pre-litigation.
• Legal case management database experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctoral degree from an accredited school of law.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
