Estate Planning Legal Assistant

The candidate to perform a wide variety of complex administrative duties to assist and support the activities fin the estate plan department. Duties include: Heavy calendaring and other related work as required to enhances attorney effectiveness by developing case information. The candidate must be a team player and exhibit strong organization skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. Must be well organized and very detail-oriented to ensure excellent judgment and make important decisions within the scope of their duties on a daily basis. Familiarity with Estate planning and Family law legal procedures. should have proficiency in MS Office and experience with Abacus, Adobe Outlook and other software applications is required. should have Bachelors degree accredited college or university with 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a legal environment. Possession of a paralegal certification and notary is a plus.
