Job Description
The IAM Build Lead will join a team of Developers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health. This position will include hands-on engineering and development of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to IAM.
Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills as well as the ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require Program/Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic direction specific to IAM and the management of CVS Health workforce.
Day-to-Day responsibilities will include:
• Lead team members in assignments and completion of tasks and keep product teams on schedule
• Lead the design and engineering of IAM solutions
• Responsible for hands-on development of IAM solution
• Configure and support IAM vendor products
• Managing implementations and releases via CI/CD strategies
• Usage of technologies such as Neo4J, LDAP, .NET/Java development, MySQL, and REST/SCIM APIs
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of in-depth identity and access management experience
- 3 years of experience in an IAM engineering role
- 2 years of experience in a lead role
Preferred Qualifications
- General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience
- Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment
- Working knowledge one or more of the following: Neo4J, JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, and MySQL
- Experience with one or more of the following: REST/SCIM API integration
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., In Privileged Access Management, Identity Data Services)
- Product/Program management leadership
- CISSP preferred
