Description

The Lead Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Privileged Access Security (PAS) Lead will manage the operations of both our CyberArk and StrongDM PAM applications. This role will be a 50% management and 50% hands on. An expert in all facets of PAM operations with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, and internal stake holders. The manager will oversee a team focused on the care and feeding of our PAM applications. This will include generating and providing recommendations on how Humana should optimize usage of PAM services to the PAM Product Manager, delivering and deploying new PAM capabilities while supporting growth and maturity of the entire PAM program.

Required Qualifications

5 - 8 years experience in Identity Access Management

Two or more years of project leadership experience

Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure

Experience with unit testing and mocking

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

Six Sigma certification

ITIL certification
