Should have experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and related ancillary documents for both sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions; representing developers in negotiating and drafting various agreements for real estate developments; representing borrowers in mortgage loan transactions; representing developers in negotiating and drafting various agreements for real estate developments; representing borrowers in mortgage loan transactions; managing real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions and for corporate transactions involving real estate, and managing the closing of real estate sale and purchase and financing transactions. An active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is essential.
