The successful candidate will support senior attorneys in managing a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on workers' compensation and related areas. Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents, including motions, briefs, discovery requests, affidavits, contracts, opinion letters, and agreements.

• Attend hearings and trials, representing clients effectively.

• Prepare detailed case reports and trial strategies.

• Investigate and gather facts relevant to ongoing litigation cases.

• Provide insightful legal advice to clients across multiple practice areas.

• Manage other tasks as assigned, based on client needs and case requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Montana and good standing with the Montana Bar.

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

• Strong motivation and work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to clients' needs and case outcomes.

• Proven ability to perform legal research and analyze complex legal issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using legal research tools and computer systems.

• Capable of managing multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Montana Bar membership in good standing.
