Duties

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including general liability and related cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Provide legal analysis and risk assessments to clients
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure
• Proven ability to manage caseload independently
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida, in good standing
