Location:

• Morristown, NJ

Duties:

• Handle insurance coverage litigation and provide legal advice on insurance-related matters.

• Represent clients in state and federal courts in New Jersey and/or New York.

• Perform legal research and analysis on insurance-related issues.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

• Provide strategic advice and guidance on complex insurance coverage matters.

• Assist in case preparation and trial preparation when necessary.

Requirements:

• Insurance coverage litigation experience, commensurate with years of practice.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures in New Jersey and/or New York.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in New Jersey and/or New York.

Skills:

• Expertise in insurance coverage litigation.

• Proficient in legal research and drafting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
