A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in capital markets, working on innovative and complex financial transactions across various industries globally.

Duties

• Represent issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings and private placements.
• Ensure compliance with and reporting under the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of capital markets experience.
• Experience with business development companies and 1940 Act funds preferred.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
