Duties

• Manage litigation cases, including drafting motions and handling discovery requests

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings

• Perform legal research and draft high-quality legal documents

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Actively engage in business development and client outreach

• Potential travel opportunities based on case requirements

Requirements

• 2-4 years of insurance litigation experience

• Active license to practice law in California

• Strong case management skills with experience in discovery, motions, and court appearances

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, and presentation abilities
