Duties

• Represent clients in litigation involving personal and other injuries, property damage, and contract disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in Product Liability or General Liability and Personal Injury.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in one of the specified states.
