National Accounting Software Developer requires several new software trainers/technical support representatives. These key individuals must have experience in the areas of being an accountant, a bookkeeper, or having worked with a CPA firm and possess good understanding of financial accounting and day to day processing of computerized accounting transactions. A broad knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and networking protocols a must. Crystal Reports, SQL and/or other database backgrounds a major plus!
Trainers will be performing conversions of a client's existing data files and perform training for new users on the company's products as they convert them to these new software applications. While not working in the field training users or performing in-house web-based training, this position requires limited amounts of technical support to the company's existing customer base via telephone.
Travel of no more than 5 business days per month throughout North American may be required. Special other assignments and projects will also be incorporated into this position based on the skill set of the potential employee. All additional bonuses will be based on the training services performed by the individual and any incremental revenues generated from the company's customer base.
