Duties:

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters, particularly in the fields of education and healthcare law.
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft detailed legal documents including motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Prepare and participate in court proceedings, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing legal counsel and updates on case progression.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on larger litigation cases and projects.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey state laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active license to practice law in New Jersey is required.
