Duties:

• Support resolution of legal matters requiring litigation or consulting, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
• Apply a commercial approach to claims to deliver economic solutions for clients.
• Assist on large cases in a global environment, ensuring comprehensive legal support.
• Engage in arbitration proceedings, negotiating favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a Latin American country.
• Currently pursuing or a candidate for an L.L.M and/or Law Degree in the US.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation or consulting, preferably in insurance law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain excellent organizational skills.
• Strong technical and research skills to support legal strategies and case resolutions.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the US is preferred.
