• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance providers

• Analyze medical records and expert reports relevant to injury claims

• Develop trial strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in personal injury litigation

• Demonstrated ability to handle cases through all litigation phases, including trial

• In-depth understanding of personal injury law, procedures, and local court systems

• Proficiency in analyzing complex medical and legal documentation

• Client-focused mindset with a track record of effective communication

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois
