Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Assist with the administration of trusts and probate estates.
• Provide tax support and conduct tax research for estate tax returns.
• Engage in direct client interaction and relationship management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in estate and trust matters.
• Familiarity with the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LLM in Taxation preferred, but not required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Washington.
