Duties

• Manage a probate caseload and ensure timely filings, including contested cases.
• Attend court appearances and support clients in emotionally charged situations.
• Conduct client estate planning meetings and consultations.
• Review estate planning documents.

Requirements

• Must reside in Georgia.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time within Georgia.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Georgia.

Skills

• Experience in probate and/or estate planning preferred.
• Experience with Wealth Counsel is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• An existing book of business is beneficial.
