A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will be trial-ready, strategic, and compassionate, capable of advocating for clients while navigating the complexities of Family Law. An existing book of business is preferred.

Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support.
• Conduct trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Apply knowledge of the Florida Evidence Code and Family Law Rules.
• Balance client compassion with litigation tenacity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience.
• Existing book of business (preferred).
• Bilingual abilities (preferred).

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

• Strong command of Florida Evidence Code and Family Law Rules.
• Ability to control a courtroom and anticipate opponent's moves.
• Empathy and professionalism in guiding families through personal matters.
