Prior exposure to managed care or healthcare-related litigation is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Act as lead associate on multiple litigation matters concurrently

• Serve as primary liaison between the legal team and clients

• Coordinate with associates, paralegals, and support staff throughout all phases of litigation

• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Develop a case strategy and manage litigation timelines

• Participate in arbitration and court proceedings

• Conduct legal research, discovery, and case analysis

• Contribute to business development efforts related to managed care litigation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters independently

• Experience with arbitration and commercial dispute resolution

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven organizational and time management abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar (required)
