Duties

• Handle litigation matters independently and collaboratively.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision.
• Conduct and defend fact witness depositions.
• Propound and respond to written discovery requests.
• Gather and analyze relevant information from clients.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Kentucky and in good standing.
• Judicial clerkship experience is highly desired.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
