Duties:

• Manage a caseload involving general liability and casualty matters from inception through resolution

• Draft and respond to discovery, prepare pleadings, and conduct depositions and motion practice

• Engage in client communication and provide strategic litigation guidance

• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation strategy

• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely progress of files

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, specifically in casualty or general liability matters

• Strong legal writing and analytical abilities

• Demonstrated courtroom and deposition experience

• Solid organizational and time-management skills

• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in civil procedure and discovery rules
