Duties

• Manage case files from inception to resolution, ensuring ethical solutions.
• Provide legal guidance and build trustworthy client relationships.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Conduct PIP recorded statements and Examinations Under Oath.
• Promote firm services within the community as needed.

Requirements

• JD degree and admission to the Florida Bar with a clean disciplinary record.
• Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, either as a Paralegal or Associate.
• Genuine interest in personal injury law.
• Self-motivated with long-term career aspirations.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
