Duties:

• Represent plaintiffs in a range of personal injury and medical malpractice matters

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Attend court appearances, including motion hearings and case conferences

• Participate in depositions, trial preparation, and trial support

• Maintain direct communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or relevant practice areas

• Admitted to the New York State Bar

• Strong litigation and courtroom skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and maintain case organization

• Excellent communication and writing skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New York State (required)
