• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court, advocating for their best interests with professionalism and strategy.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Provide personalized client service, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the process.
• Contribute to business development and growth within the firm by fostering client trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in family law with a proven track record of success in handling divorce, custody, and other family law matters.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with experience in mediation and courtroom advocacy.
• Empathy and a deep commitment to empowering clients through the legal process.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively while providing thoughtful and strategic advice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent academic credentials and a passion for professional growth.
• Must hold an active Connecticut Bar license in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Connecticut Bar license in good standing.
