Duties

• Defend and litigate cases involving ERISA and employee benefits claims
• Handle complex litigation matters, including class actions and regulatory proceedings
• Represent clients in federal court and before agencies such as the Department of Labor
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Manage discovery processes, including complex e-discovery matters
• Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and legal strategy

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ERISA, benefits litigation, or complex commercial litigation
• Experience handling class action or complex litigation matters preferred
• Federal court litigation experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to professionalism and teamwork

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in a state bar
