Litigation Associate
The candidate should have excellent oral and written skills as you are the initial contact with potential clients. Additionally, this position is responsible for initial drafting and serving all legal documents, including discovery and pleadings. Organizational skills and attention to details, along with an attitude to excel as a team, are required. Although not required, a plus would be if this person has experience with court filings, including ECF with United States District Court of South Carolina and the new state court electronic filing. Also, this individual will handle the invoicing and basic bookkeeping for the firm, along with working with the outside accountant. Must have 2 years of experience.
