Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join its Business Litigation team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electronic discovery and data management.

Duties

• Conduct custodian interviews and data mapping exercises.
• Coordinate preservation and collection efforts with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel.
• Manage data processing and culling procedures.
• Oversee linear and technology-assisted review projects within Relativity.
• Supervise review teams and ensure quality control through production.
• Negotiate and draft ESI protocols and production specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of experience in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications in electronic discovery or data management preferred.

Skills

• Strong background in ESI identification.
• Proficiency in managing Relativity projects.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
